About HelpAtHome.Tech
Because no one should feel left behind in the digital age.
Making Technology Simple, Safe, and Human Again
Technology is supposed to make life easier — but for many people, it can feel confusing or even intimidating. At HelpAtHome.Tech, we help seniors, families, and caregivers feel confident using technology — from smartphones and tablets to smart home devices and online communication tools.
Whether you want to stay connected with loved ones, get a little more comfortable with your computer, or make your home work smarter, we bring friendly, patient, and practical help right to your door.
Our Mission
We believe everyone deserves to feel connected, capable, and included — no matter how fast technology changes.
Our mission is simple: to bridge the gap between people and the devices that connect them. We teach, troubleshoot, and guide with empathy and understanding, helping our clients build confidence while staying safe and informed online.

Shaun Wittenburg

Founder & COO
Shaun’s journey began when he started teaching his grandparents to use email and the internet. That experience inspired a lifelong passion for helping others navigate the digital world with ease and confidence.
A former internet registrar CSR with over a decade of tutoring experience, including two years teaching in Thailand, Shaun brings the heart of an educator to every visit. He combines his technical background with hands-on patience, offering clear explanations and calm guidance for anyone feeling “left behind” by technology.
Shaun also draws on his experience in elder care and his commitment to community and faith, believing that kindness, humor, and understanding are just as essential as technical knowledge. When he’s not helping clients, you’ll likely find him playing strategy games, enjoying storytelling, or spending time with his nieces and nephews.
